The hotel is in a great location, Providencia is one of the best neighborhoods of Santiago. It's safe and it has a lot of good restaurants, stores, markets and coffee shop. The room had plenty of space, the shower was hot and the pressure strong. The A/C also was working fine. The Wi-Fi was working pretty good for an hotel internet. The breakfast is wonderful, one of the most complete I've seen.

This is a great boutique hotel in a very convenient area. The staff are all very helpful and speak English. They recommended great restaurants and helped with transport. Close to shops, restaurants and transport it made for an easy stay. The only issue is to ask for a room not on the road. The first night we were in a room at the front. A lovely room and seemed quiet during the day but at night it was a very busy road so we got little sleep. Without any fuss they arranged for us to move rooms the next day and even moved our bags when we were out.

Very friendly helpful staff. We spoke mostly English which was not a problem. The pool was a cool retreat after a dusty days sight seeing. We had free breakfast on our booking which was perfect. We didn't need much for lunch, if anything. Good location for the hop on hop off bus once you know the location on Nueve Providence Rd. The rooms are no frills but fine for our needs. Beds were very comfy.

The location of the hotel in Providencia was excellent. Within walking distance to many things, and right next to a metro station for travel to farther destinations. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were very well appointed. Breakfast was served every morning, but we didn't partake in that so have no comments to offer. Overall, the experience at the hotel was exactly what we anticipated and met all of our expectations. Tip from a local...try the sandwich shop next door to the hotel. They were amazing!

Everyone was helpful and kind to a limited Spanish speaking couple. Every question answered. Went above and beyond to see to our safety. Breakfast food was very good with a nice assortment. Milton at the front desk was tentative to all our questions and needs. All the front desk staff were very helpful.

I loved my room with very comfortable large bed and huge window looking at trees. Breakfast options were great- hot options in addition to pastries and fresh fruit. Both of the meals I ate at the restaurant were delicious and the service was great. EVERYONE working there was professional, kind, helpful, and attentive. Despite my limited Spanish, communication was fine. Daniel’s level of English was particularly helpful….. especially when I called in advance to have the hotel help arrange taxi service for me from the airport late at night.

I’m sick and was looking for somewhere (hotel) quite and warm with heater to recover. During my stay, the staffs are friendly. The environment is bright and the vibe is delightful. Most importantly, the room is so nice - huge space, clean bathroom with good shampoo, and the bed is super comfy. I felt so much better from my sickness after one night high quality sleep! Too bad there’s no available room for more days or I really would like to stay for longer.

Perfect location in very nice Providencia, access to commercial and tree lined walking paths for morning walks, friendly staff, full breakfast. Renovated bathrooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Good room size and very comfortable bed. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In general we felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They used servers for the buffet to limit covid exposure. At night when we were dropped off after a Tango show on one of the nights of the big soccer celebrations, we were greeted at the door by two doormen, each with clubs up their sleeves even though the crowds were gone, and this made us feel as though they had our safety in mind.
